Peter Petrillo
Peter Petrillo is a Senior Managing Director at Wafra Partners.
Mr. Petrillo has spent his entire career with middle-market
companies as a private equity professional, consultant, and accountant.
Prior to joining Wafra Partners, Mr. Petrillo was a partner at
Claymore Partners where he worked as a turnaround manager and strategic
planner for corporate clients. Prior to that, he was a Vice President
at Lambert Brussels Capital Corporation, a private equity firm. Mr. Petrillo
started his career in public accounting and is a CPA.
He has an MBA from New York University and a BS in Accounting from the
State University of New York at Albany.

Michael D. Goodman
Michael D. Goodman is a Managing Director at Wafra Partners. Mr. Goodman
has twenty years of experience with middle-market companies as a private
equity professional, subordinated and senior lender. Prior to joining Wafra Partners,
Mr. Goodman was a Principal at Equinox Investment Partners, a private investment
firm making mezzanine and equity investments. Prior to that he was a Vice
President and Senior Originator of leveraged finance at Chase Manhattan Bank.
He earned his MBA from New York University and a BS in Economics from Cornell University.

Eric Norfleet
Eric Norfleet is a Managing Director at Wafra Partners.
Mr. Norfleet has twenty years of experience with middle-market
companies as a private equity professional and investment
banker. Prior to joining Wafra Partners, Mr. Norfleet
was a Managing Director at Deloitte & Touche Corporate
Finance in New York, where he founded and led the financial
sponsors group. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Vice
President in the M&A group at the Bank of Tokyo and an
associate in the M&A group at Samuel Montagu, both in
New York. Mr. Norfleet began his career in the management
training program at Midland Bank PLC, the parent company
of Samuel Montagu, in New York.
He has a BS in Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce, at the
University of Virginia.

Ryan Wierck
Ryan Wierck is a Managing Director at Wafra Partners.
Mr. Wierck has thirteen years of experience with middle-market
companies as a private equity professional and investment
banker. Prior to joining Wafra Partners, Mr. Wierck worked
at Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. where he focused primarily
on buy- and sell-side M&A advisory and private placements
of debt and equity.
He received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics from
The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Jeffrey P. Gerson
Jeff Gerson is a Vice President at Wafra
Partners. Mr. Gerson has seven years of experience with
middle-market companies as a private equity professional
and investment banker. Prior to joining Wafra Partners,
Mr. Gerson was an Associate at Lane, Berry & Co., a middle-market
M&A advisory firm. Prior to that, he was an Associate
at Rhone Capital LLC, a private equity firm focused on
cross-border transactions in the United States and Europe.
Mr. Gerson began his career as an Analyst in the investment
banking division of Salomon Smith Barney where he worked
in the Media & Leisure and M&A groups.
He has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management
and a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania.

Sid Murdeshwar
Sid Murdeshwar is an Assistant Vice President
at Wafra Partners. Mr. Murdeshwar has five years of
experience with middle-market companies as an auditor
and transaction advisory service professional. Prior
to joining Wafra Partners, Mr. Murdeshwar worked in
the transaction advisory services group of Ernst & Young
and is a CPA.
He received an MS in Accountancy from the McIntire
School of Commerce, at the University of Virginia and
a BS in both Finance and Information Systems from the
Stern School of Business at New York University.

Andrew Thompson
Andrew Thompson is an Assistant Vice President
at Wafra Partners. Mr. Thompson has six years of experience
with middle-market companies as both a private equity
and financial advisory service professional. Prior to
joining Wafra Partners, Mr. Thompson worked in the corporate
finance group of Navigant Capital Advisors.
He is earning an MBA from New York University and has earned a BS in
both Finance and Accounting from Indiana University.
