Wafra Partners Announces Acquisition of Custom Wood Products, LLC and Rich Maid Kabinetry LLC

Custom Wood Products, LLC of Roanoke, VA and Rich Maid Kabinetry LLC of Myerstown, PA have announced that they have been acquired by entities affiliated with Wafra Partners LLC of New York, a private equity firm.

Jack Hans, CEO of the CWP/RMK holding company, said that he's excited about partnering with Wafra and the opportunities this relationship provides. Eric Norfleet, Managing Director of Wafra Partners, indicated that they're extremely pleased to have CWP and Rich Maid, with their great history and tradition, join the Wafra group.

Mr. Hans also indicated that it will be business as usual and that the companies will be operated independently to preserve the uniqueness of each product line and the tradition of providing outstanding customer service and personalized attention to their dealers.

CWP produces high quality custom cabinetry in both frame and full access construction under the names CWP, Ambassador and Impressions. Custom Wood Products also produces Atlantis Outdoor Cabinetry, blending the good looks and amenities of indoor cabinetry with the durability to withstand any type of weather.

Rich Maid Kabinetry offers a high quality custom product under the Rich Maid brand, as well as a Pinacle Gold — quality semi-custom cabinetry in both frame and frameless styling. Gary Gerber, a long time member of Rich Maid management, will be the Chief Operating Officer for Rich Maid.
